Gail K. Fabrics, Inc. is Georgia’s premiere store for fabrics for clothing. We don’t have upholstery weight tapestries, we don’t carry craft supplies. Our focus is on serving a customer who wants fashion fabrics at reasonable prices.

From its humble beginning as a jobber out of New York, Gail K. has a tradition of buying from manufacturer overruns and cleaning out designer back rooms. Although we try to keep certain fabrics available at all times, availability at any time may be dependent on our latest buy-out.

This keeps our prices low and allows us to cater to a more sophisticated sewer with surprising offerings you won’t find everywhere else. We carry only first quality goods. We do not buy seconds or flat folds.

We are not a chain store, and although you might wish we had a store in your neighborhood, I’m afraid you’ll just have to make the trek to Atlanta to see what we have to offer at any given time. Or give us a call and we’ll be glad to tell you if we have what you want in stock.

We do, however, have some rather strange hours, so make a note of them, so you don’t come to town, only to find us closed. We used to be owned by a man from New York who hated rush hour. He opened late and went home early, thereby avoiding Atlanta’s famous afternoon gridlocks. We have extended his hours a little, but not enough to make us normal.
